As the communications lead for Wisconsin Wayfinder, I played a pivotal role in the development and launch of this statewide initiative, which provides essential resources for families of children with developmental delays, disabilities, special healthcare needs, and mental health conditions.
Collaborating with healthcare policy experts, state administrators, and an external advertising firm, I helped shape the strategic messaging and public awareness campaign to promote Wisconsin Wayfinder. This included developing press materials, marketing content, and outreach strategies to ensure families across Wisconsin knew how to access this vital support network.
One of my key contributions was crafting the official press release that introduced Wisconsin Wayfinder: Children’s Resource Network to the public, emphasizing its user-friendly website, dedicated helpline, and the compassionate resource guides available to assist families.
